Flower power: Jasmine

The Jasmine is a very popular flower around the world. Especially known because of its unique fragrance, the Jasmine its originally from Persia. In 1550 the plant came across to Europe, becoming one of the most beloved plants.

The Jasmine flowers are white in most species, with some species being yellow. This ornamental plant is a climbing bush that produces a very special fragrance. Caring for a jasmine plant requires some knowledge, but it is not an overly difficult plant to grow.

The Jasmine stays green all year long. Has flowers from April to September. The plant resists a minimum Temperature of 0 º C and need little water.

Ideally located full sun or in sunny position.
